Colonial Behavioral Health’s Emergency Services Department addresses urgent or severe behavioral health crises as required by the Code of Virginia. Emergency Services staff provides 24-hour crisis assessment and referral services to individuals living in James City County, Poquoson, Williamsburg and York County.

REACH, Regional Educational Assessment Crisis Response Habilitation, is a 24/7 mobile crisis intervention program that provides crisis support to individuals with a Developmental Disability who are experiencing mental health or challenging behavioral needs. The Housing Crisis Hotline is as a centralized assessment and referral entity only. The hotline provides information and referrals to eligible prevention and shelter programs.  The Salvation Army – Williamsburg:

The Salvation Army provides assistance with rent, food, clothing, utilities and medication costs for residents of Williamsburg, James City County and the Bruton District of York County.
